That said, I think I expected a little more relief than I actually got. It’s not a major pain fix for me, and when I’m really sore, I still end up stretching or using a heat pad afterward.

Shipping was fine and the product itself seems okay. I just wish the relief lasted longer. I’d give it 3 stars because it helps a little, just not quite as much as I hoped.
